(Easy Living Homes) can design, manufacture and install a custom home for you in as little as 60 days. When it’s all said and done, you’ll end up spending roughly half of what it would cost for a site-built home.

On day 1, simply give us a call and we can work out exactly what you need for your new home.

FACTORY BUILDS YOUR HOME

On day 3 we will place the order for the home. We are able to build certain homes in about 4 weeks or less.

DELIVER & INSTALL

On day 25, your home is ready to be delivered and installed. It usually takes 3-4 weeks to complete.

the timeline

Day 1

The clock starts ticking when you initially make contact with us. We’ll discuss the available options and find out what you need. With this information, we’ll help you pinpoint the perfect design for your modular or manufactured home. If nothing is quite what you want, we can even customize existing plans so that they suit your exact specifications.

Day 3

Believe it or not, we send your order to the factory right away, and the building process will begin. ELH, Inc. (Easy Living Homes) is able to do this because we rely on first-rate manufacturing plants that are incredibly efficient.

Day 25

When the 25th day rolls around, your newly built home will be delivered and installed, and you’ll be on the home stretch. This particular step can take anywhere from 20 to 30 days for a typical residential home. If your project is more complex, more time may be needed.
