FACTORY BUILDS YOUR HOME

On day 3 we will place the order for the home. We are able to build certain homes in about 4 weeks or less.

DELIVER & INSTALL

On day 25, your home is ready to be delivered and installed. It usually takes 3-4 weeks to complete.

STEP 1 – START BY CONTACTING US!

The first step in building a modular or manufactured home is contacting us. We are just as experienced as Temecula home builders. We know which questions to ask to get a clear idea about what you need. Our talented employees will work closely with you to determine the plan and style that suit your needs the best. If none of our existing plans quite does the trick, don’t worry. We can tweak an existing or custom design a new home to meet your perfect design.

STEP 2 – BUILDING YOUR HOME

Unlike many Temecula home builders, ELH, Inc. (Easy Living Homes) does not require months and months to get started with building a home. Your order is sent to the factory, and the gears will officially go into motion. We rely on dependable factories that have the equipment and technology that are needed to get the job done quickly. In most cases, this building phase begins on day 15 and ends about day 55.

STEP 3 – DELIVERING AND INSTALLING YOUR HOME

ELH, Inc. (Easy Living Homes) is committed to quality control, so you can rest assured that your home will be built to your exact specifications. The next step in the process is the delivery and installation of your new home. This typically happens about 55 days after you make initial contact with us. This phase usually lasts about 20 days. If you have questions or concerns at any point along the way, you will know where to find us; right at the job-site. We do not leave the project until the final inspection has been completed.
